Finishing Options
Our prefinished flooring comes ready to install, with a 3 mil Valspar
coating for resilience.  This will bring out the natural colors of the wood.
 The prefinished floors come with a microbevel on all four edges.  
Please add $1.60 per square foot to the flooring price.
Prefinishing
Staining
We can stain your flooring any shade you choose.  Simply pick your
shade & we'll do the rest.  Please add $1.70 per square foot to the
flooring price to cover staining & finishing.
Handscraping/Distressing
We can distress your floor to give it a "worn-in", old-fashioned look.  
Please add $1.70 per square foot to the flooring price.
Blackbleeding
This finishing technique applies an "anitiquing" finish to your floor,
providing a worn look.  Please add $1.70 per square foot to the flooring
price to cover blackbleeding and finishing.
