Ordering Information
All flooring orders are custom made. Please allow a lead time of approximately 14
- 16 business days for most orders. Please add 5% to the square footage of your
room to allow for waste.
Shipping Information
We ship via local carriers and common carriers (freight truck, such as Conway,
UPS Freight). We offer FREE SHIPPING on all flooring orders over 500 square
feet that is delivered east of the Mississippi. All flooring orders are shipped in
protective pallets to guard against freight damage.
Payment Information
To begin processing your order, we require a 50% deposit. The deposit can be
paid via check, Visa Mastercard, or Discover. Prior to shipment, the remaining
balance will be due.
