is categorized into two
grades:  select and
rustic.

Select flooring will be
free of knots, mineral
streaks and
workmanship defects.  
Board lengths vary
from 20 inches - 8 feet,
with some 10 foot
boards.  It has a more
formal feel and is a
classic style.

Rustic flooring is
perfect if you're
looking to add
character and warmth
to your room.  It is the
same high-quality
expected of select
grade flooring, but
includes
character-adding
knots and mineral
streaks in the wood.

Red Oak Wide Plank Flooring
Red Oak is our most popular type of flooring.  The sapwood is
grayish-white to pale reddish brown, while the heartwood is
flesh-colored to pinkish to light reddish brown.  The grain is straight
and coarse textured.
